reVIEW is a gallery that is devoted to a revisiting of my history of making work.
It will feature a glimpse of older pots that have been saved over the years in my archival collection that spans some 47 years of work.
There even may be some earlier pots from my student years.
I am often asked why I have formed this collection.
A wise acquaintance once suggested to me that likely no one else would do this task of saving high quality representative pots.
So, I have saved numerous examples of the major threads in my work over the years and at times I will select pieces to remove ...to make room for newer additions.
In reVIEW you will find pots from wide ranging idea "trails"that I have traveled over the years from the mid 1950's forward.
Please note: When I mention "wood fired" it means pots sent to be fired elsewhere ...with me as a guest in other potter's kilns.
